INDICATIONS
Dermaffine PSO moisturizing cream is indicated for the treatment of very dry skin, including skin with hyperkeratotic tendencies: psoriasis, ichthyosis. Emollient base cream for the whole body. The components, completely dermo-compatible and free of allergenic substances, are quickly absorbed leaving the skin soft, elastic and well-nourished.
PROPERTIES
Its distinctive feature is being a base cream made up of powerful moisturizers and liquid paraffin — active substances that allow an immediate emollient effect. The skin therefore remains moisturized for a long time thanks to the restoration of the damaged skin lipid film and the reduction of transepidermal water loss.
