INDICATIONS

Macrocea® GYN Cream has been developed to help prevent and treat disorders of the external genital and perianal areas of viral, fungal, or bacterial origin.

It is therefore indicated in cases of herpes, condylomas (genital warts), or molluscum contagiosum (of viral origin), as well as in the presence of candidiasis and bacterial or non specific vulvovaginitis.

The synergistic action of its ingredients helps counteract the effects of these conditions while also alleviating associated symptoms.

PROPERTIES

Its unique formulation, based on natural and well tolerated molecules, helps modulate the skin’s immune response and restore balance to the local microbiota.

Lysozyme and Lactoferrin, protein substances naturally present in the skin and mucous membranes, make pathogenic microorganisms (viruses, fungi, and bacteria) more vulnerable, limiting their ability to grow. The combination with Nipacide enhances broad spectrum antimicrobial activity.

Ectoin and Polydatin stimulate the production of antimicrobial peptides of the innate vaginal immune system, thereby strengthening defenses against sexually transmitted infections.

Moreover, thanks to microbiota rebalancing and the protective barrier they form, they help reduce inflammation and itching. Proper balance of the genital microbiota is also supported by Glycogen, which promotes the growth of Lactobacilli essential for maintaining vaginal health.

Extracts of Echinacea and Green Tea, known for their strong antioxidant activity, help counteract viral aggression, particularly from papillomavirus and herpes viruses.
