Puellae is a food supplement useful for managing dysmenorrhea related pain and for reducing the physical and emotional symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), including breast pain and tenderness (mastalgia, mastodynia), bloating, mood disturbances, fatigue, and irritability.
PROPERTIES
Puellae combines a unique blend of vitamins and minerals with well established natural extracts that help prepare the body to counteract the mechanisms underlying the typical discomforts of the menstrual period and the days leading up to it.
Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus castus) helps restore normal prolactin levels, whose excess is associated with breast tension.
Borage oil is a rich source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA), an endogenous molecule with marked anti inflammatory properties, capable of acting directly against leukotrienes and prostaglandins, which are responsible for the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome.
Magnesium, Vitamin B6, and other trace nutrients support the nervous system and help combat tiredness and fatigue.

In caso di disturbi persistenti, è possibile assumere 1 capsula al giorno per tre mesi consecutivi.
